Produce accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and charts and graphs including but not limited to balance sheet, statement of operations, statement of cash flow, annual budget & variance reports. Provide continuous process improvement initiatives to services such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reportingEnsure that accounting processes and reconciliations are processed timely and accurately.Ensure that debt payments, taxes, and FCC compliance and regulatory fees are remitted on a timely basis.Maintain chart of accounts, filing and scanning system, system of controls over accounting transactions, other accounts receivable system and ensure accounts receivables are collected promptly.Prepare month end adjusting journal entries, capital credit and estate checks.Administer economic development loans, miscellaneous receivables and maintain records for audit review.Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the finance budget and a variety of financial and statistical reports, records and files.Manage multiple warehouse inventory systems, coordinating charge outs with RUS work order complianceFiling Form 497, 499Q, 499A, remittance of all taxes & FCC related fees. Perform other related duties as directed.
