I help growing and established companies with all sorts of transactions including funding, M&A and commercial contracts. I also guide executives and boards on governance matters. Ever since I finished serving as a judicial clerk for the chief judge of the nation’s preeminent business court, the Delaware Court of Chancery, I have helped entrepreneurs, executives, boards and general counsel navigate the legal aspects of their business needs, practicing as a private attorney in both Delaware and Arizona. When I'm not helping companies grow, you will find me hanging out with my beautiful wife, three daughters and son. I am very involved in my church and community. I love to run, travel, scuba, read classic fiction and watch English Premier League football (known as "soccer" this side of the pond). Please don't hold it against me, but I also love Blue Devils basketball (I went to Duke Law School, after all).
