• Assisted over 3 full time trainers to help train 40-50 people over 7 months on captioning, work software, and problem-solving skills relevant to the role of Captioning Assistant, approx. 2-3 new hires per week• Leveraged communication skills and knowledge of company policies in individualized one-on-one trainings

• Captioned phone calls for 100-200 hard of hearing customers a day, directly impacting and aiding their ability to communicate and remain connected over the phone• Developed strong attention to detail and listening skills while managing the different processes for the Host software as well as for other responsibilities as a Coach• Worked with supervisor in daily meetings to analyze calls and improve my abilities in the role
