Commanded, supervised and managed organization of 101 personnel responsible for developing policy, directing operations, maintenance and mission support for the Combined Air Operations Center-Nellis (CAOC-N) valued at $45M. Managed annual budget of $3.2M providing advanced readiness training to operational level command and control (C2) enterprise.Stood up and directed Multi-Domain C2 software development organization (Shadow Ops Cener-Nellis). By applying agile software DevOps methodologies, produced software that integrated air, space and cyber domains.

Directed Combined Air Operations Center-Nellis (CAOC-N) employment during advanced USAF Warfare Center readiness training events at Nellis AFB. Integrated Air, Space and Cyber domains during advanced training, tactics development and test events. Managed facility, communications and security for $45M CAOC-N weapons system. Validated virtual-to-live concepts that allowed for virtual resources to be incorporated in to USAF Warfare Center live fly events.
