Responsible and accountable for growth and profitability of J.D. Byrider Sales and CNAC Finance and for complete customer satisfaction by insuring that managers and staff correctly implement all aspects of the J.D. Byrider program.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in four keyareas: Supervision, Marketing, Operations, and Administration.SUPERVISORY Recruits and hires results-oriented managers. Trains, counsels, reviews, motivates and if necessary, terminates managers. Insures that all staff meet training requirements. Schedules and conducts weekly meetings with managers. Demonstrates motivation to all staff members. Work with managers to retain their staff. Be accessible to and provide leadership and support for all managers.MARKETING Selects advertising media. Implements promotional campaigns. Continually markets J.D. Byrider by maintaining correct corporate apparel and propertymaintenance standards. If applicable, works with the ADI advertising co-op to promote J.D. Byrider.OPERATIONS Monitors for program compliance by both J.D. Byrider Sales and CNAC Finance. Monitors all follow-up programs. Troubleshoots for operational problems. Makes recommendations. Monitors the image and cleanliness of the lot and CNAC office. Monitors all Management Boards, looking for variances from goals. Assists with the developmentof action plans to correct variances. Follows up customer complaints to insure they are resolved. Monitors and advises on safety and security procedures.ADMINISTRATION Monitors tax, title and license procedures. Monitors customer insurance reports. Produces timely financial reports to franchisee and J.D. Byrider Central Support. Analyzes variance from goals. Calculates and remits royalties to J.D. Byrider Central Support and Ad Group. Monitors personnel procedures and controls labor costs. Controls operating expenses.
