With continuous development, the company's software management system is also constantly upgraded. The initial IBM AS400 system supported the group's development in Europe very well. But information technology is constantly improving. In particular, resource allocation across Europe, America, and Asia is required. After a short trial of the Dayi E-solution system. During this period, I went to Spain and learned about the operation of this system in Spanish factories.

At BRALO, we not only produce a variety of rivets for our customers, but also corresponding riveting tools. In the subsequent development, BRALO China took on the production work mainly of hand tools. As a project manager, I led this project from inception to mass production.--Receive design drawings of riveting tools and convert them into Chinese versions. This not only refers to language, but more importantly, the localization of material grades. Then a complete set of technical information is formed.--Find and screen suitable parts manufacturers, determine the mold cost and mold opening cycle, determine the unit price of parts, and sign a contract.--Place orders for various parts, organize assembly after arrival, maintain communication with headquarters designers, and solve various problems encountered during the process.--Finally realize the development, finalization and mass production of riveting tools. These models include BM-75, BM-85, BM-67, BM-92, BM-160, BM-164, T-105, TR-308, TR-312 and some pneumatic rivet gun spare parts.

After the factory is on track, my next work will be mainly technical work:--Responsible for the localization and standardization of product drawings, technical documents, and quality control documents.--Complete the development and mass production of new products such as all-steel rivets, spray-painted rivets, oxidized rivets, rivets, roll groove rivets, and grounding rivets.--ISO9001 and TS16949 systems have been studied and applied in practice and obtained the qualification of internal auditor.--Completed the development of multi-drum rivets. During this process, I went to a Taiwanese equipment supplier to learn advanced manufacturing processes and brought them back to the factory to achieve stable mass production.--Packaging information system, including the establishment and maintenance of hardware and software, and personnel training.--Assist the general manager and sales department to participate in fastener exhibitions.

As a member of the Spanish multinational group BRALO, which is famous for blind rivets, rivet nuts and riveting tools, Bralo China was officially registered on August 4, 2006. In fact, I had already started the preparation work for this factory before that. During the period until the factory started operating normally, my responsibilities were mainly focused on purchasing.--Responsible for the development and management of equipment and material suppliers, including raw material metal wires, production equipment, tooling, laboratory equipment, packaging materials, etc. Completed corresponding procurement and supply chain management.--Developed a new supplier of nail punches, significantly increasing the service life of this series of molds throughout the group and reducing costs.--Completed the development and inspection of rivet nut suppliers.--Completed the purchase of rivet nut cold heading machines and tapping machines.--Completed the purchase of rivet spray painting machine.
