As the program coordinator my responsibility is to ensure successful execution of all the programs offered by Career Gear.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations and sales for the Houston branch.

Responsible for the acquisition of new clients and the retention of current ones. Cold call prospect companies daily as well as walk on to job sites within my territory to meet general contractors and subcontractors. Handle all the coordination between our clients and the Tradesmen we send them. Interview and recruit for certain client needs. Network at trade shows within the construction industry. Active member of ABC and currently serving on the Welcome committee and Ambassador committee respectively.

Managed multiple aspects of the construction process. Handled expenses, material acquisition, sub contractor expectations and deadlines. Responsible for making sure all aspects of the project fell with in our budget and maximizing profitability through on site safety and productivity.

Managed several departments and had the pleasure of developing an abundance of wonderful talent. My experience includes several different aspects of a successful business with my passion being the interaction between myself and the people around me. I've taken several departments to new levels of success and made sure the team that made it possible was always recognized. The relationships I have established with customers created a loyal and comfortable atmosphere based on helping people love where they live. While I no longer work with Lowe's I will take all the experience gained and be sure to implement into my next project. Assisted the lead installer with all aspects of a new system installation and servicing. Responsible for hanging duct work, cutting and reinstalling pipe fittings. Helped remove old compressor’s from their slabs using torches, grinders and other cutting tools. Helped remove the old furnaces from the attic as well as bring the new furnace up and into the attic. Assisted lead installer with troubleshooting and the wiring of newly installed units. This is only a brief summary of my responsibilities in this role.
