About Aaron Himor
Enthusiastic and self-motivated Kinesiology graduate, who is passionate about assisting people improve their daily living whether it's a disability or recovering from an Injury. I fell in love with Kinesiology mainly due to being both a sports fanatic and fitness enthusiast. This passion carried me through my education at California State University of East Bay. I got to learn the basics of Kinesiology and improved my understanding of our body's movement. As someone who have went through a knee surgery, I know how it feels like to be in a long recovery and I find my journey to be a way to build rapport with clients as I have went through that road. I enjoy meeting new clients, hearing their journey, and seeing their progress along the way. This is what drives me to serve my best service to them and to also work with my colleagues so they can either improve or go back to their daily living.
