Assisting clients with solving complex water resources issues including stream restoration, wetlands mitigation, green infrastructure, and stormwater management (MS4).

Past projects include drainage structure design, stormwater system design, flood control and mitigation, wetland restoration, levee systems,weir structures, bioretention ponds, green infrastructure methods, energy dissipation methods, non-point source pollution control, and erosion control systems.

- Collected and performed gas chromatograph analysis on vadose zone gas and water samples- Analyzed the fate, transport, and remediation of petroleum and ethanol contamination in groundwater- Conducted geospatial analysis of nitrate contamination to assess the success of nutrient management- Examined nitrogen and oxygen isotopes in groundwater for nitrate contamination source identification- Helped to develop the risk-managed routing method for the Keystone XL pipeline in Nebraska- Collaborated on journal articles focused on wetlands, soil organic carbon, and vegetation distribution

- Traveled regionally to administer quality control services at various road and building construction sites- Participated in several large scale projects, most notably the runway repairs at Offutt Air Force Base- Performed concrete tests, compaction tests, asphalt milling / laydown inspections, and lab soil tests- Maintained and calibrated several types of field and laboratory testing equipment

- Utilized AutoCAD to analyze city infrastructure (roadways, water distribution, storm/sanitary sewers)- Organized and archived a large amount of base maps, land use maps, and renderings- Created regional Land Use and other types of maps using Corel Draw- Composed, mailed, and tabulated “Quality of Life” surveys
