As the president of M D Respiratory Services Inc., my goal is to empower our employees in improving the quality of care provided to all of the people we assist. MDRS strives to help meet the needs of the population it serves by offering the highest level of care. We partner with our referral sources so that we can be their first choice for in home respiratory therapy.I have had over 20 years of success with managing a medical organization, maintaining the highest level of Joint Commission of Accreditation (JCAHO) standards and led a healthcare merger, a healthcare start up and insurance contract negotiations. I possess a broad range of healthcare management expertise, which has enabled every company that I have been involved with to ultimately succeed.On a deeper level, I am also a licensed respiratory therapist which gives me a understanding of the medical nuances that a traditional business executive lacks. By combining my hands on medical experience and understanding, with my healthcare management acumen, I am truly a leader who is helping to transform healthcare today! More recently, I also co-founded of a digital health platform to streamline the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea (www.renumasleep.com).
