Drilling for Bluerock Energy Services my job duties were to, ensure the crew is working in a safe productive manner, ensure the rig is running in optimum condition, to hold job safety meetings, ensure that all procedures are followed, running controls in drilling operations, running controls while tripping ensuring proper flow checks are done, monitor depth, condition, deviation of well, to interact with consultant, geologist in a professional manner, to train new employees and answer their questions to the best of my knowledge.

As an assistant driller my duties include overseeing and ensuring assigned crews are properly trained in accordance with company requirements; to understand and demonstrate the safe handling, proper application, and proper disposal of drilling fluids; establish a relationship with crew and act as a liaison between the crew and the Rig Manager; ensure all well control equipment is properly maintained and all personnel are properly trained to operate the equipment; assist driller with periodic inspections of the rig and rig location; and to learn and complete all appropriate documentation in accordance to with company policies.

As a Derrickhand with Savanna Energy my duties were to oversee some of the machinery on the the rig; be responsible for the condition of the drilling fluid and circulation machinery; to monitor mud weight and mix properly while reporting and changes; monitoring pump manifolds; and to maintain good communication with the Engineer and Driller.
