Responsible for developing strategy and managing business relationships within the route sales channel to ensure delivery of sales volumes and margins that exceed company (DKSH NZ Ltd) and customer expectations.Sales management responsibility for 19 direct reports. (16 full time reps, Account Manager, Business Manager and Sales Support Assistant)High level relationship management responsibility for Key Accounts and brand partners.

Accountability for the National Traditional Liquor accounts team with a view to improving sales, profitability and market share. Linking internally with the Channel Strategy Team for activity and Field for best execution. 2 x NAMs direct reports with Strategic HO relationship responsibility for all Traditional Liquor Banners. Overall accountability for delivery of 43% of DB annual pack volume and 34% of combined pack/tap volume.

Management of HO channel team (2 x KAMs) and National Sales team (13 Vendors).
