- Working as SCM project Leader for the most important Customer in TTM SZ site, Coordinate with other CFT members and customers/suppliers to solve SCM issues from NPI to Mass Production, develop strategies for issue resolution related to product quality, cost, and on-time delivery, etc.-Supervise sourcing and purchasing activities for SCM team members, solve escalations related to SCM-Set up and monitor team yearly KPI, Lead team exceed or meet target- Develop Sourcing strategy for Electronic components and identify, develop core vendor to support business requirement- Proactively analyzes and manages monthly/quarterly forecast to ensure that business remains in line with merchandising strategies and sales trends, Manage claims negotiation and resolution with supplier- Identify business opportunities and Market/Industry trends, Source potential business partners for future needs and contingency plans per sourcing strategy- Conduct new supplier assessment, negotiate commercial terms, and generate contractual agreements, measure new supplier performance, capability and capacity in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions - Lead QBR/YBR to drive Strategic vendor performance- Optimize vendor evaluation, selection and performance management process-Create and maintain Site Sourcing/Purchasing process and procedure according to Corporate Management Manual- Effectively negotiate product price, and develop alternatives to achieve objectives, Identify and resolve issues with suppliers for pricing, shipping, services, etc. - Lead Sourcing team to lower total cost at supplier level through optimizing value chain

-Responsible for purchasing electronic materials, ensure materials meet the requirement of departments on competitive price, quality and service - Work with CFT & Supplier to make sure customer’s urgent purchasing request can be fulfilled on time, ensure material is available at the point of use, meet the required quality and at minimum cost-Anticipate potential supply issues and solve them before they impact the production plan-Continuously monitor and analyze material supply and demand data status, and make risk analysis and suppliers quarter evaluation-Check material purchasing plan and make sure communication with material planning, finance and quality department is well connect with suppliers - Lead inventory control project, make sure it below monthly target, take action to avoid any material excess -Make purchasing procedure, establish and manage supplier’s key performance indicator- Other task assigned by purchasing manager

- Lead team to Handle & Monitor daily activity in Shipping, Coordinate customs clearance/activities with customs team and freight forwarders, make sure Import/Export activity are under well control- Monitor import/Export shipment, make sure on time delivery- Coordinate with Buyer & Forwarder, solving logistics problem, make sure their urgent request for material can be fulfilled- Monitor team daily activity and develop improvement plan- Prioritize, organize and complete projects assigned by Warehouse/Logistic Manager

- Report to Import/Export Specialist & Warehouse/Logistics Manager - Handling & Monitoring daily activity in Shipping, Coordinate customs clearance/activities with customs team and freight forwarders, make sure Import/Export activity are under well control - Monitor USA Panalpina Hub shipments status, solving any incident & document problem, make sure material can be delivered to Celestica Hong Kong smoothly- Monitor import/Export shipment, verify if they belong to Strategic Commodities, apply im/export license if needed - Coordinate with Buyer & Forwarder, solving logistics problem, make sure their urgent request for material can be fulfilled - Verify & Record the Freight charges for both Import/Export shipment, make sure the freight charges are under control, solving forwarder invoice problem - Coordinate with other department, lead or join in the lean & Six Sigma project, Contribute saving for company - Monitor team daily activity and develop improvement plan - Ensure the day to day issues been solved and provide preventive plan - Study and improve current SOP - Knowledge of SAP System- Prioritize, organize and complete projects assigned by Warehouse/Logistic Manager - Support company driven goals and objectives - Improve and implement the current process to meet company goal and objective

- Coordinate the tracking and tracing of international import and export shipments and assist with the daily communication between customers, vendors, carriers, customs house brokers and overseas agents. - Monitor shipments from start to finish, coordinate with airlines, forwarders, vendors and third party logistics to ensure safety and timeliness of the transport - Prepare Warehouse & Logistics Dept Monthly Performance report- Prepare Cost Saving report and Freight accrual report - Learn knowledge of Warehouse & logistics and global trade transportation- Learn and follow Department Policy and standard Procedure- Finish other assignment by team leader and Department manager
