• Assisting with and / or Completion of PQQs and RAMS• Keeping the Company Handbook and Policies and Procedures up to date and improving on where necessary.• Issue Handbook to new starts & carrying out Induction Training.• Compiling and Carrying out Internal Audits for office procedures. • Compiling and Carrying out site audits for each contract - record and submit to the office/client- welfare, spill kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers , PPE, Work/Safety Signage • Analysing KPIs for each project• Compile toolbox talks then, carry out and ensure they are recorded / signed by operators - submit to the office/client.• Ensure any areas requiring attention identified during the audit/toolbox talk are actioned. Follow Up with Paperwork.• Accident Reporting/Near Miss Reporting.• Any PPE issued to be signed for and paperwork returned to the office.• Arranging staff Training including update training• Keep Training Matrix up to date• Check Live Link and Trackers Daily• Monitor fuel management systems and report to management• Ensuring all company plant, vehicles and equipment is maintained and files are kept up to date. Ensure MOT, Tax and Insurance is in date.• Send Copies Certs / Thorough Examinations and Insurance to a specific Client • Record Stock and allocation of PPE, Spill Kit, First Aid Kit, Fires Extinguishers.• Audit Prep and assist auditor when on site

Instruct on a range of health and safety courses including, but not limited to, City & Guilds Confined Space medium risk and high risk with BA, Confined Space Rescue Team Member, Confined Space Rescue of a Casualty, First Aid, Emergency First Aid, First Aid + F, Fire Awareness and Fire Warden. SWAGELINING LTDEquipment Technician - April 2013 – December 2015Entrusted with the job of butt fusion welding 18m lengths of polyethylene pipe into 1.5km length of polyethylene plastic pipe on site for the purpose of lining steel pipes for offshore energy use.Running a 40TON winch pulling various lengths of PE pipe through steel pipe managing the correct speed and tonnage was maintained throughout the pull.Once steel pipe was lined then was terminated by either inserting a steel ring or by welding on a HUB connector using a pipe trimming tool, and a ring insertion tool that was used at high pressures.Using HPU’s and stretcher boxes to stretch plastic certain distances at high pressures which in turn meant maintaining hydraulic equipment and changing if necessary, these include couplings, hoses, pressure gages and rams.Once pipeline was completed, it is then prepared to be reeled onto a relay vessel or towed out to sea in a 8KM long bundle.Whilst in DEPOT took on responsibilities such as R&D work for further projects, PQT and testing for new projects also took on role as fabricator designing and fabricating equipment to be used in DEPOT or on site by means of steel welding, grinding and cutting. Took on role as Tensile Tester which consists of marking and cutting samples of plastic pipe to be destructively tested by means of peeling or stretching. This in turn involved using spreadsheets and precise measuring for accurate results.
