Combined with monthly status reports from the corporate office, this application introduced a new level of accountability which helped to motivate our consultants and help them reach their personal sales goals while increasing our bottom line as well.Consultant Online Office: Developed a massive web application built on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 that allows our consultants to run every aspect of their business including ordering products, managing contacts, registering for events, and running reports. Project has a successful upload rate of nearly 98% and has reduced the number of manual uploads by approximately 2,500 per week.MiltarySearch: Redesigned a service to automatically run military searches at key places in the business process and store the results in our document management database.
