I am currently the Building Engineer at UnionBank Square, an office building, where I manage the technical operations, including the maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. My role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to maintain efficient building performance.Previously, I served as the Building Engineer for One Central Park, overseeing the building's MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, and Sanitary) systems. With more than four years of experience in mechanical engineering, I have worked in industries such as construction, cement, and industrial services. I hold multiple certifications in pollution control and safety and have supervised various projects in Albay and Catanduanes as an Area Supervisor.I graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2017 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and passed the Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination. My expertise lies in MEPFS equipment management, maintenance supervision, planning, and budgeting. I am passionate about optimizing building performance and efficiency, and I am always seeking new technologies and techniques to advance my professional skills.
