I assist students taking Physics 2: Electricity and Magnetism during class time and in office hours to complete the problems that they are assigned. I prepare these problems in advance, making sure I meet necessary standards of preparation and knowledge in order to effectively help my students. As a part of this role, I also proctor exams.

Two weeks collecting data in Steamboat Springs using multiple geophysical methods: hammer seismic, TEM, reflection seismic, gravity, DAS. Then two weeks analyzing TEM data collected over 3 years in the Yampa River Valley, writing an SEG-style short abstract, an AGU-style expanded abstract, and a 12-minute presentation of my findings.

I assisted with geophysical data collection at field sites, including maintaining and managing equipment, laying out cables, connecting surveying equipment, creating seismic waves, and recording GPS locations with a variety of equipment. I take part in trips to different field sites for up to three weeks at a time. I also perform maintenance and testing of equipment in the shop, performing cable and geophone testing, and fixing/preserving equipment used in field surveys such as clamps and electrodes.

- wrote code to analyze Spectral Induced Polarization data generated in laboratory experiments - this software was used to explain data during presentations given to stakeholders - this software was used by other researchers in the group to process new data as it was generated- wrote a technical report regarding the purpose and results of the project- gave an oral presentation on the analysis tools that I created-

I worked collaboratively with scientists and other interns in the ground motions division to analyze and process earthquake datasets. I created datasets of large magnitude earthquakes, and processed them using the python data science and graphing libraries NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. I also developed code used to identify and isolate moment magnitude measurements from the data that is used in processing many datasets across projects.
