Carrying old-world values and an open mind as he left the Amish culture, Aaron Beiler set his sights on building his personal faith and a successful roofing business. He then founded and managed what would become a family-run roof replacement company for over 20 years.During his time in the roofing industry, the wheels in Aaron’s innovative mind never stopped turning. The more time he and his sons spent on job sites, the more he was determined to find a more efficient way to work. Fast forward over a decade later, he’s founded Equipter, building his blend of family and business values–relationships, innovation, and excellence–into the company’s core. Equipter provides innovative equipment for roofers, general contractors, landscapers, and others in manual labor industries.To this day, Aaron Beiler is always searching for ways to help businesses rise above their owners’ expectations. Aaron also applies his leadership skills and warm heart when helping others in overseas business and humanitarian aid projects. His world travels have provided the opportunity to interact with various people groups and religions with different strengths and weaknesses.
