Facilitated training from beginner to advanced level MS Office skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as various softs skills and policy updates. I was also responsible for developing and implementing information management policies to capture data to support organisational learning and to meet our legislative record keeping requirements.
