▪ I developed a broad practice covering EU/competition law, public law and commercial law, with particular specialisms in competition and regulatory law. ▪ In the field of competition law, I amassed extensive experience of acting for and advising a diverse range of clients across the whole spectrum of competition law issues, including both follow-on and stand-alone damages actions, as well as regulatory investigations before the CMA, Ofcom and the European Commission. I also have substantial experience of collective proceedings in this field, acting for both claimants and defendants.▪ My public law experience encompassed a variety of areas such as utilities regulation and economic sanctions. I developed particular expertise in cases involving the intersection between public law and EU law. ▪ My commercial law practice involved acting in a number of contractual and tortious disputes. This included advising on the impact of competition law on contractual clauses and in contractual disputes. I also developed experience of international commercial arbitration, including by acting as a Tribunal Secretary in a substantial UNCITRAL arbitration. ▪ I have a range of advocacy experience before regulators and courts. In particular, I appeared unled in the First Tier Tribunal, the County Court and contested hearings in the High Court.
