Overseeing the day to day operations of a rental station (Enterprise, National, Alamo) at YVR Airport. Working with management team, production, and customer service agents to ensure smooth and efficient car rental process. Performing lead tasks such as opening and closing the store, coaching team members, maintaining awareness on day, month, and quarter business results and working with the leadership team on strategies to drive business and support the community. Delivering exceptional customer service in line with Saje's vision of global wellness.Acting as the community champion in store to drive business through external means such as maintaining and forging new business and community partnerships, organizing and supporting events and pop-ups in store and externally.

Providing education on our product, how to use, wear, care, live, and sweat in it.Make meaningful guest connections through conversation and by utilizing the store space as not just retail but a hub for community and interaction.Working independently and with the team to ensure that store operations run smoothly and that goals are met.Run the floor and insure that daily goals are met while providing leadership and direction to educators.

Working and learning in a world class museum and educational space that has a special emphasis on the First Nations peoples and other cultural communities of British Columbia, Canada. Interacting and educating the public about the current exhibits as well as the artists involved.Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that allows for questions to be asked and a dialogue opened so that visitors get the most out of their visit. Program/ event planning to meet a variety of needs in the spheres of living in community, wellness and transition, intellectual exchange, and engaged citizenship. All of which promote a friendly and inclusive environment for those living in residence. Oversee unit and resident visits to facilitate conflict resolution and peer-helping.Work with both a small team in my immediate building and a big team of the residence area to plan large and more comprehensive events. Residence Advisors support the mandate of Student Housing and Hospitality Services by living in the assigned residence and promoting residence communities which are:1. Safe and secure2. Conducive to academic pursuits3. Conducive to personal growth and learning

Overseeing the financials of the Society and insuring the Society remains healthy.Working with the Board on matters concerning the Society to ensure that the highest quality product is produced.

Promoting high academic standards for the Fraternity.Coordinating literary presentations for the active chapter by other Fraternity members.

Registering samples as they arrive in a timely manner.  Recording, saving, uploading data for interpretation, filling in database and  sending forward results to clients.  Adhering to all safety practices and wearing the proper uniform/ PPE.  Practicing excellent time management and working with close deadlines  with minimal supervision.
