Aaron Jackson is the CEO of NaturPak/IPM Foods, a global leader in Tetra Pak Recart co-manufacturing services. His company offers a comprehensive range of solutions, from research and development to turnkey options and has formed strategic partnerships with some of the most renowned consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands in North America.Before his role at NaturPak, Jackson was recruited by the founder of Tru Fru, where he played a pivotal role in building and institutionalizing the business. Tru Fru rapidly became the fastest-growing frozen brand in America, establishing a category-of-one position in the frozen novelty, fruit, and dessert segments. His contributions were instrumental in helping the company through its acquisition by Mars Inc. in December 2023.Additionally, Jackson partnered with The Production Board (Venture) as CEO at NorQuin, an investor-backed natural foods enterprise. During his four-year tenure, he transformed the start-up into a category leader, achieving a fourfold revenue increase and overseeing an investment by Ingredion (INGR).Prior to his role at NorQuin, Jackson partnered with Trivest (Private Equity) and served as President & CEO of Wise Company, Inc. His leadership spearheaded the company's rapid expansion, establishing it as a category leader and ultimately led to a successful exit in 2016. Wise Company is a growing food products company known for its omni-channel approach and industry-leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) capabilities.Throughout his career, Jackson has held various executive leadership roles at MOM Brands, where he significantly contributed to rapid growth. His efforts helped position the company favorably for a partnership with Post Consumer Brands in 2015.
