My passion for technology began flourishing at a young age. Around that time, I discovered video games and I would dismantle old busted PCs I would buy from garage sales. Once I discovered the unmatched gratification that comes from creating and debugging software, I knew that I had found my career path.My project management skills are top notch. When I receive a project, I dissect it into manageable tasks and with a high degree of focus I complete those tasks in an order that makes sense. During my time in the US Army, I deployed twice to work in two different high-risk environments. In just over two and a half years I had been promoted three times. I managed over $5,000,000 worth of equipment and dozens of employees on multiple teams.I get energized by the team I'm on. I've always felt like my personal success is derived from the success of my team. I was once asked, "Would you rather be the best member of a bad team or the worst member of a good team?" My answer was indifferent. If I was the best member I would work with my team to make them better, but if I was the worst member I would work with my team to make myself better.I graduated Cum Laude from both College of DuPage and Northern Illinois University. I was honorably discharged from the US Army as a Sergeant in 2014 with a NATO Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, Iraq Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, two Army Commendation Medals, two Army Achievement Medals, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, and an Overseas Service Ribbon.
