I continued in my role as Associate Director of Medical Strategy following the merger of IMC North America, IMC UK, and Pulsar into 3 Stories High, which in turn is part of the SCIRIS group of agencies.The role involved providing cross-account strategic guidance on educational curriculum design and development, alongside within account group line management responsibilities. Optimizing medical content outcomes for internal and external healthcare stakeholders was key.The job involved medical writing and line management responsibilities among the writing team (6 direct reports).There was a focus on cardiovascular, renal and metabolic communications. Key therapeutic areas included heart failure, chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, and hyperkalemia. SGLT2 inhibitor and potassium binder training was a point of focus.

The role involved supporting eLearning, slide deck and live meeting projects. Most of the time was spent on eLearning development for Medical Affairs training. There was a focus on training for GLP-1 receptor agonists, in the treatment of diabetes, obesity, and NASH.
