Leading the number 1 fresh food department in company, recruiting and managing a team of 24+ colleagues. Collaboratively working with two team leaders under me to ensure all KPIs are hit and colleagues productivity is driven to achieve this. Drove the department through a few Christmas where each one improved from year before, including achieving over 850k in one week during latest Christmas.

Working underneath a department manager to ensure daily routines are completed. Worked across the whole shop floor to gain vital knowledge of process across the shop, networking outside the store to other shops to enhance my development
