Currently working in service to remotely fix any problems that may arise with our customers telephone equipment. It means remotely accessing customers customers set ups and call plans to find and fix faults. Also arranging for engineers and parts to be on site when they are needed. Offering advise on how our customers can get the most out of their systems. I'm learning how to use and train customers on other software that is offered by company's like Oak, such as call recording and call logging. I'm training on Avaya but also have knowledge of Mitel and Panasonic systems. I am also fully training on a host of Gamma products including Horizon and Contact. Fault finding on broadband circuits and Phoneline plus. Recently I have been dealing with mainly customers from out commercial base and well as well as helping with the Health Sector.

In my Role at Daisy Health I have to make contact with Practice managers that run surgeries in the UK and try to arrange for one of our field based consultants to go and see them. At Daisy we specialise in improving patient access and our field agents will go out and demonstrate solutions that will not only improve patient access but can make receptionists jobs a lot easier. We would also look over the surgeries telephone bills and see if we can save them some money. Recently I have also started to work within the commercial market to offer small to medium businesses a chance to take advantage of the best commercials in the UK. We offer a wide range of products from lines and calls, mobiles to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Solutions.

My Job at Essex Insulation consisted of calling customers that were on a priority list of people that were entitled to free or discounted loft and cavity wall insulation. During my time here I also spent a year in an admin role, where it was my job to arrange the paperwork for the installers day and work out the best logistical route for them, I was also in charge of keeping our filing up to date and in order. I also spent some time in customer services where I learnt the best ways to solve problems and also how to keep my customers happy. My role included putting quotes together for customers and keeping our database up to date.
