Aaron has 19 years of experience in military security and construction throughout a vast range of working environments including New Zealand, the Middle East, South East Asia and the Pacific, having worked alongside other armed forces and governmental agencies in difficult operating environments before transitioning into the private sector. Deployed on five operational tours including Bosnia, East Timor, Antarctica and Afghanistan.Demonstrated excellent management skills and a natural ability to lead and command, as well as being able to work within a team.Experienced at managing and developing security solutions within hostile environments in many different roles and capacities. As a carpenter, Aaron worked on a number of residential and light commercial projects in New Zealand, the Middle East, Antarctica and the Pacific and is experienced at managing and building construction projects in a diverse range of environments. Aaron was also responsible for training and supervising carpentry apprentices on construction sites and managing site safety. After entering the security industry as a maritime security operator, Aaron is currently employed by Control Risks as a PSD temporary team leader in Baghdad, Iraq.
