Iteratively designed, manufactured, and sold seven versions of patent pending 3D-printed housings that mount a disposable camera lens to professional mirrorless cameras. Innovated and improved designs inspired by market competitors and similar products to enhance production efficiency, product functionality, environmental resilience, and critical component durability. Worked with engineers and organizations in Rwanda to perform tests and implement aspects of the water project and traveled to Rwanda during the 2022 summer and implemented the first phase of our project: water transportation and storage.

Managed and organized two engineering projects, three subteams, and seven team officers. Communicated with industry professionals, EWB USA, international businesses, and community contacts.

Ran engineering team meetings, and facilitated the design and implementation of two engineering projects. Oversaw the research and design of a water transportation/filtration system for a farming CO-OP in Rwanda. Designed supports for an as-built steel frame to counteract high-stress locations using SolidWorks FEA. Led a team in improving the design of an automated seedling germination chamber for NPO Valley Verde.

Designed, simulated, and iteratively constructed S.T.A.R., a reusable stabilization, trajectory, and recovery system that ensures controlled descent and favorable landing conditions by housing weather balloon sensors within a controllable glider. This allows for more expensive and precise weather-sensing equipment to be used and reliably recovered. Our design was also selected as the Winner of the 53rd Annual Senior Design Conference Mechanical Engineering Session.

Optimized the performance of liquid cooling systems of aircraft and spacecraft by running mechanical tests. Established program setup documentation and testing procedures for a programmable logic controller.
