About Aaron Kaplan

I am a partner in the Private Client practice group of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. I focus my practice on estate planning, probate administration and trust administration, providing counsel to individuals, families, small businesses and tax-exempt organizations. I currently serve on the board of the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council, Cincinnati Bar Association’s Basic Estate Planning Seminar Steering Committee, and the Dan Beard Council Planned Giving Committee. Some of my specific estate planning interests include international planning issues, trusts for children with special needs and long-term or “dynasty” trusts. I received my Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan and graduated with honors from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, I served on the staff of the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy.
