• Develop and design an online database to manage students progression in programs at Cornell University to replace a paper based system.• Manage all communication with different stakeholders from donors, deans, faculty, staff, and student.• Work with senior leaders to discuss project needs, scope, and timeline.• Design and develop an iOS and Android event app used for women in leadership symposium allowing check in feature, networking, scheduling, etc.• Design and develop custom Ruby on Rails applications including an event registration tool, a class scheduling tool, and a tool for applying and managing various grants, etc.• Manage a team of web developers and graphics designers• Responsible for choosing system and database architecture as well as developing the overall user experience.

• Provide a wide variety of technical computer support for students, faculty, and staff via phone, email, and in person• Install and maintain equipment in the IT data center
