On-Site and Site Coordination experience. Responsible for tracking/intake/inventory of tens of thousands of tons of steel. Facilitated the tracking and transportation of steel across the country to ensure we hit "On-site" dates. Achieved this through proper record keeping, active communication with various sources, and diligence while verifying incoming material. Procured local Subcontractors across the country that have proper certifications for farm-out work throughout the duration of the job. Responsible for identifying different inefficiencies in our fab shop and coordinating with Operations Management to address and improve the fab shop's production. Changed the metric by which we measure the efficiency of one of our shops to more accurately reflect our progress. This, in turn, led to improved forecasting of how much work we can handle and tightened up schedules.
