Provide sales support and coaching to Sales Representatives to ensure that the business unit meets and exceeds the overall business plan as well as the targeted year over year Xerox growth projections. Responsible for the Xerox Office portfolio including software solutions, support includes customer presentation and demonstrations of Xerox hardware and software solutions via Live Meeting conferencing. Extensive North America field travel, executive presentations and direct face to face selling as a quarterback/support for sales reps.

- Driving revenue and increasing sales numbers and market share within a defined territory. - Key Focal for Xerox within assigned territory for customers and Xerox field support. - Proficient with all Microsoft office solutions, Word, Excel and Power Point, plus MAC operating systems. - Recommending new hardware and software solutions to key decision makers and IT managers that would increase productivity, lower overall costs and streamline their workflow. - Organizing field resources such as service technicians and IT specialists to install and implement new hardware and software solutions and resolve all customer concerns. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by using all Xerox resources to resolving daily customer issues from equipment malfunction to billing issues. - Mentor Program – contributing to the success of new employees by working with the Training Group to ensure a smooth transition into their new positions within the company. - Establish and build relationships with both Xerox and non-Xerox customers.

Provided 1.5 level support for Xerox customers. Trouble shooting technical issues. Identifying new sales opportunities through conversations with our customers and handing off the prospect to the sales team. Dispatching of technicians.
