Member of the 2024 Warwick iGEM team, working primarily on our mathematical/computational models. Modelling team lead for our agent-based model.Designed a system of ordinary differential equations, solved using Python and Julia to model our bacterium's gene regulatory network.Developed an agent-based model, composing our gene regulatory network model's system of ODEs into a stochastic computational simulation written in Java.Worked as a lab assistant, running minipreps and PCR gels. Used 3D printing to assist with experimental setup. Developed a tool in Julia to generate codon usage frequency tables from genomic data. Designed our website, using HTML, CSS, and JS with Bootstrap. Used Blender to create animations and other graphics.Presented at the iGEM Jamboree in Paris.
