As the State EMS Director of the Wyoming Office of Emergency Medical Services at the Wyoming Department of Health, I oversee the regulation, education coordination, and data collection and analysis of the Wyoming EMS system. I have more than two years of experience in this role, and I am also a certified Emergency Medical Technician. I have a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Health, which gives me a solid foundation in the science and practice of human movement and health promotion. I am skilled in project management and government regulation, and I have successfully led and supported multiple initiatives to enhance the quality and accessibility of EMS and trauma care across the country. I am also Wyoming’s appointed delegate of the Recognition of EMS Personnel Licensure Interstate CompAct (REPLIC), where I collaborate with other state representatives to facilitate the interstate licensure of EMS personnel and ensure high quality standards are maintained for public health and safety across state lines. My mission is to advance the EMS profession and improve the health outcomes of the communities I serve. I am passionate about learning, innovation, collaboration, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my team and organization.
