Following a reorganization of departments and a flattening of overall company structure, I have joined the Software Development department as a lead developer of our ERP platform, Netsuite. I continue to act as a primary administrator and decision maker for the system.

As my introduction to TEKTON, I worked as a Database Administrator and System Developer. Tasks have involved the complete rewriting of a legacy database system using modern software. The resulting system was in use for over 3 years as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, a Warehouse Management System (WHM), and a Financials Management system. Experience was quickly gained in decision making and timely, scheduled releases of upgrades to the system.Since then I have moved on to becoming the Operations IT Manager. I now handle all IT related tasks and manage a team to improve all aspects of our IT systems.

This was a summer job during college. I operated many of the machines in the shop, as well as occasionally performing floor manager duties. Emphasis during this time was on attention to detail of the resulting product.
