Provide skills-building service delivery to 1-4 children/adolescent clients that identify, enhances capabilities, knowledge, skills, and assets of child/adolescent, and supports LAR.Assist and manage in recovery- a process of change through which individuals improve their mental health and wellness, live a self-directed independent life, and strive to reach their full potential.Review treatment plan with the client, and the LAR as required specifying the individual’s recovery goals, objectives, and interventions that guide the recovery process.Document in Theranest specifically following the Course of the Treatment for documentation and Treatment Plan. Monitor behavior and support 16 all-male residential treatment center and the organization 50 (boys and girls) mental health facility from ages 13-18 years old by positive social interactions.Report changes in patient health or behavior to senior (RN) medical staff.

Monitor 20 incarcerated adults who have mental health conditions in their units in a 150-bed facility overnight throughout the shift. Perform data entries such as health data collection, and observation of behaviors.

Prep, cook and manage a team of 15 employees at 4 different concession stands for 15,000 concert patrons each venue.

Monitor behavior and support 40 all-male residential treatment center from ages 14-18 years old by positive social interactions in a residential treatment facility.Report physical and verbal altercation between youth clients by incident reports.

Prep and cook for 300 campers for breakfast, lunch and dinner during the summer and 100+ during the offseason. Manage 6 employees on my shift and delegate tasks to each member.

Perform administrative duties such as answering phone, input data entries, filing paperwork for clients’ and office use timely and accurately. Assesses and reassesses about 4-5 clients' strengths and needs and achievement of goals and objectives based on one-on-one case management.Monitor cameras and walk shelter to make sure clients are in rooms before curfew.Diffuse hostile situations with clients by intervening and make sure the clients are safe and free of harm of themselves or anyone else.
