Recruited to the compound management group and focusing on sample delivery to the high throughput screening group and global stakeholders. Responsible for the introduction, operation and troubleshooting of automated liquid handling devices to a highly competent level.Key Achievements:• Purchased and project-managed the roll out of Vworks 4 software upgrade to all Agilent robotic systems, resulting in harmonisation of systems and increased flexibility/throughput.• Responded to rapidly changing business and customer needs through process improvement.• Received an Individual Performance Award for the timely delivery of several high impact compound subsets to the global screening community, thus increasing the value and efficiency of the screening file.• Optimised Agilent liquid handling robotics to dispense volumes as low as 200nl, creating near assay ready plates for screening and maximising throughput and efficiency.• Optimised an Agilent Bravo liquid handler to generate a high profile diversity subset for a CRO using 1536 plates. This involved numerous challenges including dispensing into 1536 plates with restricted aperture using broad tips.• Purchased and integrated a Bravo robotic platform into work-stream.

Recruited as a contractor through SRG, responsible for operating various automated liquid handling robots in conjunction with specific, integrated software and the implementation of methods to validate the accuracy and precision of liquid handling equipment and increase productivity.
