I am currently the Assistant Director of Charles Webster Potter Place. I oversee all day to do operations of the program as well as its intake process, billing and documentation for outside funding sources. While in this position I have networked with the larger community to develop an effective and functioning advisory board composed of business and community leaders. I have also facilitated monthly meetings of the advisory board since September 2018. I have represented the program in multiple networking venues and advocacy events across the state. I helped to start the dual recovery anonymous program on site, a twelve step program for individuals with the co-occurring diagnosis of a mental illness and substance use. I have also helped to develop multiple connections with area business which have lead to employment for members of Potter Place. I am currently on the board of directors with the Newton / Wellesley chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and a member of the Massachusetts Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.

I oversee the operations of the Lighthouse's housing services. My staff and I facilitate and ensure coordination of activities that lead to the provision of housing services for individuals in Lighthouse's HUD permanent housing project. I coordinate service delivery with providers, facilitate involvement in homeless networks, and coordinate among homeless and housing stakeholders.

I am the senior coordinator for the Career Development Unit of the Lighthouse. I oversee several job sites and coordinate unit job development efforts. We offer local employers that sign on as transitional employment sites a guaranteed protection from call outs and the guarantee of qualified employees. We remove the cost of training and provide employees who qualify for WOTC benefits with a maximum benefit range extending from $1,200 to $9,800 annually.

I ran the Career Ladders program out of our Industry Ave office. This program helped to teach social skills, employment preparatory skills, financial literacy, and basic computer skills to individuals with disabilities.
