I work for Pinnacle Computing who are one of the biggest Sage 200 Business Partners in the UK. I specialise in manufacturing products, though I'm fully accredited in various aspects of Sage 200 suite. I have over a decade of experience in working with Sage software, most of that time spent on MMS or Sage 200 suite. I'm primarily involved with the support desk but also carry out consultancy and pre-sales activities as well as implementations and case-management relating to especially complex or technical issues.I do a lot of work with SQL scripting to fix data discrepancies, manipulate or import data and to perform mass updates. I particularly enjoy this sort of work. Before Pinnacle, I worked at Sage, occupying various different technical roles in relation to Sage 50, Sage MMS, Sage 200 and Sage 50 Manufacturing. This included coaching and mentoring roles, as well as providing technical support to colleagues. In addition to Sage software, I'm conversant with all Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and SQL Server versions from the last decade as well as associated technologies such as ODBC, Microsoft Query and Mail Merge.
