I’m an up and coming real time analyst, starting the job role in June 2022 and collaborating with hubs based in the UK, Spain, Denmark and Croatia. Skilled at number crunching, driving performance, determining potential yellow/red flags, reporting and proposing procedures/processes with the goal of ensuring efficiency and improving agent welfare.
