• Provide professional liability insurance solutions, including Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, and Fiduciary, specializing in private and large (over $500M revenues) public companies with a focus on the West Coast• Contribute to the underwriting lifecycle including submission review and risk assessment, pricing analysis, setting of terms and conditions, quote/binder/invoice authorizations and diligent policy reviews • Support and collaborate with the underwriting team and management on new business and retention opportunities through sales and marketing initiatives• Develop, maintain and cultivate insurance broker and insured relationships• Demonstrate technical knowledge of Berkley Professional’s products, competitors, customers and market place • Work with management and legal department to find creative solutions that strike appropriate balances between the needs of the broker and insured while adhering to the company’s underwriting standards
