• Scope client’s needs and advise on business processes to align with the software’s capabilities.
• Perform complete implementations, including software configurations and data mining, creation of ETL processes and data warehouses
• Identify and advise on ways to further expand on the client’s use of the software beyond the initial scope
• Ensure implementations meet the initial scope and are suitable for the client’s business processes
• Maintain realistic client expectations in relation to the project scope and timeline
