I had a hand in all of the operation of the company, i ran all the day to day operation. Part of my job consisted of training new employees to dealing directly with the CEO. More of my responsibility was route management, purchasing, taking care of customers. Meeting with new high priority clients, making sure the employees were taken care of. Also i would take part in the hiring process, sit in and make sure people were qualified. I would meet with the CEO to discuss our plan for the coming year and season, and how we plan on handling the growth.
