I am an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic business management, product profitability, and project leadership in the semiconductor and RF systems industries. I have successfully led the development and launch of cutting-edge technologies, with expertise in Product Management, Applications Engineering, Test and Measurement Qualification, and Quality escalation support.As both a leader and a team player, I consistently drive projects from concept through to production, aligning goals with results and delivering excellence at every stage.In addition to my corporate career, I served as Assistant Chief of Staff, Operations and Training (S-3) in the Washington State Guard, and, am recently assigned as Plans Section Chief (S-5). In this new role, I transition from directing operations to focusing on organizational policy and procedure development.Outside of my professional and military commitments, I am active in community service as a minister, leading Bible study, worship, and youth programs.
