ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AUTOMATION: The manual processing of A/P invoices at Julian Charter was too tedious and intricate. By separating and automating each school’s accounts payable processes, I instituted workforce optimization and escalated the processing of 800+ invoices per month. THIRD-PARTY API INTEGRATIONS: I introduced several new technologies to standardize processes such as the student information, payroll, and HR programs. To do so, I collaborated with third-party vendors to implement API integrations with the schools’ systems. I improved the user-friendliness and legibility of these templates by entirely redesigning the frontend using HTML and CSS. I gave a uniform structure to the disorganized modules and modernized the outdated course content. Before this initiative, the teachers at California College had to manually recreate the course templates each semester. I reduced their workload and the need to hire teaching staff by creating an easy-to-use module design.
