Front-end development. When new projects are assigned, my task is to set up a hosting space, create a database, install our custom CMS and theme files. I then set up the web configuration with unique data and make sure the site is ready for content entry. For Wordpress, I can do the same: set up the space, install wordpress, and develop custom themes. Day to day operations include, building out new website projects, updating existing sites in production (maintenance plans), and launching websites. I coordinate the launch of new sites and hosting swaps by running through standardized checklists and working with different departments to ensure deadlines are met.
