I have eleven years of professional experience including multiple aspects of environmental and engineering. My project experience includes: remediation system operation, maintenance, and monitoring; air quality monitoring and sample collection; ground-water monitoring and sample collection; regulatory permitting; and report generation. I have filed numerous claims for reimbursement with the Nevada Petroleum Fund for leaking underground storage tank (UST) projects in Nevada. I have reviewed and submitted numerous Engineering Design Change and As-built reports to state and government agencies. I have conducted numerous state and government agency inspections within active mining operations. Supported and submitted Environmental information relevant to the ICMI Cyanide Code Audit. Compiled and submitted the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) report for a large gold mining operation. Managed hazardous and non-hazardous waste accumulation and disposal according to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) at a large scale mining facility. Managed air data related to compliance air permitting and reporting. Played key role in training large departments on ISO 14001 standards in order to acquire ISO 14001 certification for the North American Corporate Business Unit of an international mining company. Drilling experience includes direct-push, rotary, sonic, and hollow-stem auger drilling techniques. Geotechnical engineering experience includes supervising remediation system installation for soil and ground-water contamination, utility installation, and inspection. I have provided quality assurance and quality control testing for city, county, and national government agencies. Conducted geotechnical field exploration, mapping, and engineering analysis for foundation of proposed dam. Performed quality assurance observation and material testing services during demolition and reconstruction of an earthen embankment dam retaining Weber reservoir in Nevada.
