For example, I pioneered the expansion of electrical validation programs, streamlining timelines by identifying and focusing on KPIs. As a validation engineer, my detailed analysis of long-term test data trends enabled me to identify new and more accurate test parameter ranges, resulting in a significant reduction in unnecessary test downtime and off-hours engineering support. I've also developed innovative solutions like novel passive radiator designs and conducted research on wheelchair propulsion methods, emphasizing the broad range of my skills and knowledge.More recently, I have been actively involved in synthesizing complex climate models to create digestible models for gamification of individual climate-positive actions. I have leveraged my project management skills to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) activities at General Motors, oSTEM, and Stand with Trans - causes I am deeply devoted to. As the Scholarship Coordinator for oSTEM, I helped scale a historically important but small scholarship program through strategic and operational planning.
