My primary responsibilities as an Advanced Repair Agent at Best Buy is to be second level technical support for our customers, taking a more detailed look at their computers and smart-phones and solving the issues they may be experiencing with their Apple products, Samsung devices, and Windows PC’s. I am responsiblefor managing intake, ticketing, repair, testing, and return of devices to our customers. I am also responsiblefor interacting with customers and ensuring their issues are communicated effectively to other advanced repair agents.
