I started with Regal Cinemas in 1998 as a projection manager. Moving on from that I became an assistant manager for the largest Portland location (Lloyd Center) at that time. In 2010 I accepted the General Manager position at a small metroplex in downtown Portland. Once that building closed I was offered and accepted the General Manager position at a larger more prestigious locations and have been there since.Having been in the industry for years I've gained a strong knowledge of leadership skills as well as office skills. Overseeing a multi-million dollar building I have been in charge of all aspects of business management from comprehending P&L numbers to maintaining adequate staffing levels based on potential yearly product.
